My name is Jim Holmes, PWSP, and chairman of the ritual team. I am looking for anyone that might be interested in joining our team. The ritual is part of the Aerie meeting—the tradition of knowing your part from memory. We team up for practice to help you do your part of the ritual. We also compete in a competition.
